A little about batch
Founded by pastry chef Faye Weatherburn, Batch is an independent micro-bakery based in Middlesbrough. Drawing on years of experience in London’s kitchens and bakeries, Faye brings a thoughtful approach to small-batch baking, with seasonal flavours and carefully sourced ingredients at its heart.
